Sewer works with subsequent road works in Molenstraat in Aalst. Start of construction works in February 2021
Summary description assignment:
- Demolition of existing road pavement and sewage system;
- Construction of a new separate sewer system in Molenstraat and renovation of the sewers in De Coninckstraat;
- Construction of a level pavement in natural stone (Romanian porphyry) for Molenstraat and De Coninckstraat (section next to CC De Werf);
- Installation of street furniture: dustbins, bicycle stands, weathering steel anti-parking bollards, banisters, traffic signs and parking space signs
- Waterproofing the basement of CC De Werf and re-paving in baked clay clinkers;
- Construction of 17 tree boxes.
