The iconic Montgomery Square building is undergoing a thorough transformation with a strong focus on sustainability and employee well-being. As much of the existing concrete structure as possible will be preserved, shaping the building in the most sustainable way possible.

In the future, Montgomery Square will house offices, a green courtyard and various neighborhood functions such as a daycare, doctor's office and convenience store.
